  • How Does Our Order System Work?

    Our order system consists of 3 stages.

    1. We make ADD the product or products to the LIST.
    2. Click on the basket icon in the top right.
    3. Next step. After filling in the required fields, we press the confirm and submit button.

  • Are products sold abroad?

    Our products are generally sold abroad. On the product detail pages, the status of foreign sales of the relevant product is given as "Foreign Sales: Yes/No" information.

  • What are the payment options?

    You can make payments with 2 methods for your approved orders.

    1. Credit Card (Mail Order Form)
    2. With Bank EFT

  • Which credit cards can I pay with?

    You can pay with all, Master, Visa and American Express credit cards.

  • How soon should I make my payments by wire transfer?

    If you have confirmed your order to pay by wire transfer, you must make the transfer within 2 business days. Orders placed by money order that are not paid on time will be cancelled.

  • How are domestic and international deliveries made?

    We carry out the deliveries of our domestic sales with Yurtiçi Cargo, with which we have a contract.

    You can discuss the details of our overseas sales with your sales representative.
